Once our team has all your campaign requirements, we will match it with the best suited Influencer. We will present you with that person, their stats, and any other pertinent information. If they are not to your liking, we will present you with a secondary option as well.

We make certain & certify that an influencer has what they claim and can do what they say. All social media accounts are verified for authenticity and quality of their follower base scrutinized. If we pair you with an influencer, you can be confident that they are the real deal.

No. The content & itscreativity if completely up to our influencers. They each have their own style, skills, and form of expression. The extend of their responsibility is to promote your brand, product, or service by posting a photo or video (1-2 times daily) while on the travel campaign.

*The only time that an Influencer will follow a sales piece or flow is when doing a marketing activation.

For us at Branded Destinations, a Marketing Activation is when our influencer executes a contest, raffle, or some sort of giveaway where his / her followers are prompted to participate to win a prize.

Yes. Each & every Influencer that is tasked with representing your brand must always behave properly and in good taste. The use of any & all drugs is strictly prohibited, consuming alcohol to the point of inebriation is also strictly prohibited, and the use of profanity, nudity, sexual behavior, or all types of violence are always strictly prohibited as well.

You first must find a niche or format to build your audience. Give people a reason to want to follow you. Whatever you start to post publicly should be interesting in one regard or another. The first level to reach to be considered an influencer is a Micro Influencer – here you will need to have at least a total reach of 30,000 followers.

QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR CAMPAIGNS & TRAVEL

We first need to know your brand and understand your product or service. Then we will review the campaign requirements that you have provided us. Depending on which of our (4) campaign types and the destination of choice, our creative team will start to brainstorm and match it with the best suited influencer.

Once all the details are finalized and the payment is made, the campaign is launched.

No. The influencer only uses their camera phone for all marketing activities. However, if you would like professional grade photography and / or videography it can be arranged for additional costs.

It’s certainly possible, but usually not necessary. It would be an additional expense where you would be responsible for any travel, accommodation, and transportation fees for such a meeting. Also, all contact is through Branded Destinations. There is no direct contact between Influencer & Client, or Client & Influencer.

You simply look on his / her social media accounts. You will see the posts for your campaign and interaction from the audience base.

Not unless you have chosen our ‘Shared Marketing Campaign’. This is our only campaign where the marketing activities on a travel assignment is shared by multiple clients.

Our main 3 other campaigns are all exclusive to your brand.

The simple answer is No.                                                                                                 However, if the influencer becomes sick or injured, or a natural disasteroccurs, or there is a political situation that can affect safety then it’s our responsibility to get our influencer home as soon as possible.

Due to the nature of all the hard work that goes into creating a campaign, we have a No Refund Policy. If an influencer becomes ill while on a campaign and absolutely cannot promote your brand, we will reschedule the portion of days remaining in the campaigns agreed to duration. We would not offer any refunds for natural disasters or dangerous political situations.

We reserve the right to reject any client where we feel the brand does not fit any creative potential that our campaigns need to be successful. Furthermore, we rejectany brand that represents violence, anarchy, or pornography.

As adults, all influencers are responsible for their own safety. They are to always make wise and sound decisions when on travel. They are to exercise caution in all that they do. They are required to always follows all local, national, and international laws.

Yes, Branded Destinations is in daily communication with the influencer not only to insure the continued quality of the campaign but also as part as our safety check protocol.

PAYMENT, TERMS, & GENERAL QUESTIONS

Full Payment is due before any campaign is placed on the active schedule. There are no deposits or net terms.

Branded Destinations accepts checks and wire transfers. All funds must be in USD.

Due to the nature of all the hard work that goes into creating a campaign, we have a No Refund Policy. If an influencer becomes ill while on a campaign and absolutely cannot promote your brand, we will reschedule the portion of daysremaining in the campaigns agreed to duration. We would not offer any refunds for natural disasters or dangerous political situations.

We offer a 1 price fee for each campaign. This includes the influencer fee, travel, tours, & accommodations.

Professional Photography & Video services would be additional costs. But we will make our best efforts to simplify by adding those costs to the total.

Other items that would be additional cost, would be activation prizes such as phones, iPads, apparel or etc.
